  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes Adjust for desired spice
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped

  3. Add minced garlic and diced shallot to the skillet, sauté until fragrant and shallots are translucent.
  4. Deglaze with vodka and simmer for 3 minutes, allowing alcohol to cook off and flavors to develop.
  5. Stir in fish broth, boil for 1-2 minutes, then whisk in remaining butter until sauce is smooth.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet, add lemon juice, toss to combine, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
