  • 1 large Baguette Opt for a gluten-free baguette if desired.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine scallions, parsley leaves, fresh oregano, olive oil, red wine vinegar, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse until smooth, around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces without cutting all the way through.
  4. Generously brush the chimichurri sauce between the slices and coat the outer sides of the baguette.
  5. Wrap the baguette tightly in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed. Place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until heated evenly and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Carefully unwrap the foil and slice completely for easier serving. Serve warm.
