Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and grease a medium oven-safe dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the block of plant-based Boursin cheese in the center of the greased dish.
  3. Spread the fusilli pasta evenly around the block of Boursin in the dish.
  4. Pour the cherry tomatoes directly over the pasta and fill the empty can three-quarters full with water, pouring that over the pasta as well.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is soft and starting to melt.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir to combine the Boursin with the pasta and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot alongside a salad or garlic bread.
