Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine kiwi, green onions, pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place beef short ribs in a Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over beef, seal bag tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally 12-24 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat (400°F to 450°F). Ensure grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  4. Place marinated beef short ribs on the grill, cooking for approximately 5 minutes on each side until charred.
  5. Remove from heat, let beef rest for a few minutes, then garnish with grilled pineapple or green onions before serving.
  6. Serve hot with grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
