Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jack cheese, chopped green onions, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Place halves cut side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy cheese mixture, leaving some space to prevent spilling.
  5. Unroll crescent roll dough and slice into thin strips. Wrap these strips around the filled jalapeños.
  6. Use small pieces of black olives as eyes on the exposed sections of the jalapeños.
  7. Whisk an egg and brush it over the dough-wrapped jalapeños. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dip.
