Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your ingredients.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained spaghetti with marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Mold the spaghetti mixture into a brain shape in a greased bundt pan or arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Optionally drizzle marinara sauce for effect.
