Ingredients
  

For the Eyeballs
  • 12 ounces Mozzarella Balls Bocconcini can be used as a substitute.
  • 6 tablespoons Kalamata Olives Chopped.
  • 1 stick Pepperoni Stick Thick or thin slices based on your preference.
For Decoration
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper Sliced into wedges.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare the mozzarella by cutting small indents into each ball, about a quarter of an inch deep.
  2. Chop the kalamata olives and fill each indent in the mozzarella balls.
  3. Slice the pepperoni stick into small pieces about 3/4 inch wide.
  4. Slice the red bell pepper into small wedges for decoration.
  5. Assemble the skewers by threading a red bell pepper wedge, a chunk of pepperoni, a mozzarella ball with an olive 'eye', and finish with another piece of mozzarella.
  6. Chill the assembled skewers on a Halloween-themed platter for at least 30 minutes before serving.
