- Prepare the mozzarella by cutting small indents into each ball, about a quarter of an inch deep.
- Chop the kalamata olives and fill each indent in the mozzarella balls.
- Slice the pepperoni stick into small pieces about 3/4 inch wide.
- Slice the red bell pepper into small wedges for decoration.
- Assemble the skewers by threading a red bell pepper wedge, a chunk of pepperoni, a mozzarella ball with an olive 'eye', and finish with another piece of mozzarella.
- Chill the assembled skewers on a Halloween-themed platter for at least 30 minutes before serving.
