- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
- Prepare the vegetables: Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out moisture. Blanch fresh broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, chopped bacon, broccoli or spinach, and minced garlic. Add ranch dressing, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, mixing thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the top is hot and bubbly.
