Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla.
