  • 1/2 cup Kimchi well-drained

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha for extra heat
  • 1 cup Sautéed Vegetables for added texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice two pieces of sourdough bread, about 1 inch thick.
  2. Layer three slices of sharp cheddar cheese on one slice of bread, followed by kimchi. Top with the second slice.
  3. Melt some butter and brush a thin layer on the outer sides of both slices of bread.
  4. Air fry the sandwich at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Alternatively, cook in a pan over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the sandwich from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing in half and serving.
