Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl, then mix in melted butter until coarse crumbs form.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly and scraping the bowl to ensure an even mixture.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter into the pan and tap to remove air bubbles.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the batter.
  7. Top with crumble mixture and optionally sliced almonds. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool in the oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
