Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine all-purpose flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl, then mix in melted butter until coarse crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly and scraping the bowl to ensure an even mixture.
- Pour cheesecake batter into the pan and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the batter.
- Top with crumble mixture and optionally sliced almonds. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
