Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F) and prepare your cake mold by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash 1 ripe banana in a large mixing bowl, then add Greek yogurt, chosen egg or flaxseed egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring gently. Pour in the milk to achieve a smooth batter.
  4. If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or berries to enhance flavors and textures.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake mold and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the mold for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
