Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef sirloin strips and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Mix in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the mixture, stirring well. Cook for an additional minute.
  6. Gradually add beef broth while stirring. Follow with Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream, stirring gently. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Return seared beef to the skillet, stirring to combine, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve cooked egg noodles topped with the beef stroganoff mixture and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
