  2. Puree Strawberries: Blend fresh strawberries until smooth and strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
  3. Bloom Gelatin: Mix whole milk and gelatin, let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat Mixture: Heat bloomed mixture over medium heat, stirring in puree, salt, and sugar until 150°F.
  5. Add Flavors: Cool to 120°F, stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Mix Cream: Whisk heavy cream until smooth and combine with the mixture.
  7. Strain Again: Pour into a measuring cup and distribute the mixture into the ramekins.
