Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water. Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  2. While the beef is cooking, warm the refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl for approximately 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through for even warmth.
  3. Lightly grease your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Start layering tortilla chips, followed by refried beans, seasoned ground beef, and a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Add pickled jalapeños and red onion on top.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the layered nachos in the basket and cook for about 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
