- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out your refrigerated pie crust on a floured surface and cut out circles about 5-6 inches in diameter.
- Press the dough circles into the greased muffin tins to create little cups.
- Spoon 1 to 1½ teaspoons of pizza sauce into each cup.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by mini pepperoni slices, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
- Cut out smaller circles of pie crust for the tops and seal them over the filled cups.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
