- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook 1 lb of lean ground beef over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until no pink remains. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 cup of diced bell peppers, sautéing for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain excess liquid and mix in 1 cup of pizza sauce.
- Cut each biscuit into six pieces and arrange them in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Combine the beef and pepper mixture with the biscuit pieces, then sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and top with turkey pepperoni.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden-brown and biscuits are bubbly.
