Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook 1 lb of lean ground beef over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until no pink remains. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add 1 cup of diced bell peppers, sautéing for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain excess liquid and mix in 1 cup of pizza sauce.
  4. Cut each biscuit into six pieces and arrange them in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Combine the beef and pepper mixture with the biscuit pieces, then sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and top with turkey pepperoni.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden-brown and biscuits are bubbly.
