Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Then, toss in the sliced onion and crushed ginger; cook for an additional 3 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.
  2. Introduce the 1 lb of chicken pieces into the pot. Sear each piece for about 1 minute on all sides until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in half of the sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, mix in the Knorr Chicken Cube and fish sauce to your taste, cover, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining tomatoes, long green chili peppers, and bok choy. Cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Season with ground black pepper and additional fish sauce, adjusting to your preference. Stir well and allow to rest before serving.
