- Prepare the chicken by tossing the chicken pieces in olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread over cut sides of the Italian loaf and toast in the oven for 5–10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt some butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on each toasted loaf half, layer with chicken and mozzarella cheese, and pour the remaining sauce on top.
- Bake assembled bread for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Cool slightly before slicing.
