Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly grease the parchment paper in your loaf pan with oil or butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs to the mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely at room temperature for about 1-2 hours.
  8. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.
