Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Boursin Pasta
  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the block of plant-based Boursin cheese in the center of the greased dish.
  3. Pour in the uncooked fusilli pasta around the cheese, ensuring an even distribution.
  4. Spread the canned cherry tomatoes over the pasta and cheese, covering as much as possible.
  5. Refill the empty tomato can with water until about ¾ full and pour over the mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Stir the dish to combine the cheese, pasta, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with vegan parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
