Step-by-Step Instructions for Beef Manhattan
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. Carefully transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
