- Prepare the bread by laying out two slices of sourdough. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
- Add Dijon mustard on one slice over the mayo.
- Layer cheddar cheese on the mustard-coated slice.
- Top with crispy bacon and sliced turkey breast.
- Close the sandwich with the second slice of sourdough, mayo side facing downward.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter until melted.
- Cook one side of the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich using a spatula to cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Press down slightly on the sandwich with the spatula while cooking.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half and serve immediately.
