  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise for spreading
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard optional, you can substitute with yellow mustard or honey mustard
For the Filling
  • 6 oz Turkey breast deli-style or freshly cooked
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon crispy
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
For Flavor Enhancement
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the bread by laying out two slices of sourdough. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  2. Add Dijon mustard on one slice over the mayo.
  3. Layer cheddar cheese on the mustard-coated slice.
  4. Top with crispy bacon and sliced turkey breast.
  5. Close the sandwich with the second slice of sourdough, mayo side facing downward.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter until melted.
  7. Cook one side of the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Flip the sandwich using a spatula to cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Press down slightly on the sandwich with the spatula while cooking.
  10. Remove from skillet, slice in half and serve immediately.
